SHIPPING
Make or Bake Co cookies have a shelf life of 8 weeks. They come sealed and have been known to keep for months! I recommend you order well ahead of your event date to be safe. I offer shipping Australia wide via Australia Post Express OR a Courier depending on your location.
Postage pricing is set by Australia Post, I unfortunately have no control over this.
Medium: $16.20 - up to 30 cookies generally fit into one medium box
Large: $19.95 - 30-45 cookies
Extra Large: $26.20 +50 cookies
If you need your order by a certain date enter the date on the notes/instructions box at the checkout and email us for confirmation prior if uncertain.
Delivery delays may occur during high volume and peak periods.
DELIVERY DATE REQUEST
Feel free to request your delivery date online and email us if you have a specific date request or last minute order as we are happy to accommodate quick turnarounds if possible.
SENDING A GIFT
If your order is a gift we can add a note to your order. If your cookies are a gift you can send to yourself to gift in person or to the postal address of the recipient if they will be at the address on the day to accept. Please note if they are not home it will to to a post collection center. So please specify an address they will be home or gift in person Business addresses tend to work well.
ADDRESS
Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address or change or remove details so please ensure you have provided the correct details. If you are providing a business address for delivery, you must specify the business name and the level number. If these details are not included the delivery may be deemed incomplete and returned. You will be responsible for re-delivery charges due to an incomplete or incorrect address or if the parcel in uncollected.
TRACKING
Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive a dispatch confirmation e-mail and tracking. If you have any questions or need an update contact us and we will be happy to call the courier for you.
CARE
Please note our cookies travel well and generally don't mind the heat. But if you live in a hot state please make sure you are home to accept the order.
FLAVOUR
We currently bake delicious vanilla bean topped with vanilla fondant, fudgey chocolate sugar cookies & funfetti. If you have a certain flavour you would like, please drop us an email.
CUSTOM QUOTES AND CHARACTERS
Characters- we are unable to offer apostrophes and some characters. We reserve the right to edit your quote when necessary. We reserve the right to cancel or not accept an order if we are unable to meet your needs. -you will be fully refunded if this is the case.
STORAGE
Store cookies at room temperature. Avoid excessive heat. Do not store in fridge as the fondant could become sticky. Hide from hungry children, partners and work friends.
SHELF LIFE
Our cookies are fresh for 2-4 months depending on the flavour. This means you can order well in advance and stash them for after your event.

ORDERS
I take care to ensure your cookies look great and taste delicious. Being a handmade product they may be imperfect due to the nature of the stamping process. But if your cookies are damaged please contact me. I reserve the right to cancel or not accept an order if I am unable to meet your needs.
REFUND
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order please contact me immediately. Email hello@makeorbakeco.com and I will look to resolve the issue.

Vanilla Cookie: Flour, Icing Sugar, Butter, Egg, Vanilla, Baking Powder, Salt. ICING: Sugar, Glucose, water, vegetable oil, maize starch, vegetable gum (413), flavour, colour (171) preservative (202) food acid 260, antioxidant (306, 320). Coloured cookies may contain food colouring. May contain soy, traces of nuts including peanuts.

Our cookies are made in a kitchen that processes other food so If you have any specific allergy concerns please contact us for more information or clarification.
