Where are you based?
Make or Bake Co. HQ is based in Karalee, 30 minutes west of Brisbane City.
Do you have a minimum order?
Yes, the minimum order is 15.
Are the cookies individually wrapped?
Yes, all cookies are individually heat sealed and last up to 8 weeks.
How much are your cookies?
Please see my pricing here.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Please contact me ASAP and I will do my best to accommodate your changes. However if your order has already been made I am unable to offer a refund due to the nature of the item.
Do you post cookies? if so, how much is postage?
Yes! I post cookies all over Australia (and have occasionally sent internationally). Postage rates are provided by Australia post and differ depending on the weight of your order. Most orders cost between $16.00 - $25.00 via the express Australia Post network.
How do I store my cookies?
Make or Bake cookies have a shelf life of up to 8 weeks. They are best kept fresh in their individual packaging, out of direct sunlight, stored at room temperature - preferably in a airtight container.
Do you offer gluten free/ dairy free/ organic or allergen cookies?
I am able to make dairy free, vegan and certified organic cookies- please email directly for prices. My cookies are made in a kitchen that processes other food so if you have any specific allergy concerns please contact me for more information or clarification.
INGREDIENTS
Vanilla Cookie: Flour, Icing Sugar, Butter, Egg, Vanilla, Baking Powder, Salt.
Fondant: Sugar, Glucose, water, vegetable oil, maize starch, vegetable gum (413), flavour, colour (171) preservative (202) food acid 260, antioxidant (306, 320). Coloured cookies may contain food colouring. May contain soy, traces of nuts including peanuts.

ORDERS
While I take the greatest care to ensure your cookies look great and taste delicious, they are a handmade product. There is always a chance that they may be imperfect due to the nature of the stamping process. I hand craft each of the marbles, so each marbled cookie may look slightly different to the other. If your cookies are damaged or you find any significant issues, please contact me.
