ORDERS

While I take the greatest care to ensure your cookies look great and taste delicious, they are a handmade product. There is always a chance that they may be imperfect due to the nature of the fondant & stamping process.

I hand mix each marble fondant cookie, so each marbled cookie may look slightly different to the other. If your cookies are damaged or you find any significant issues, please contact me at your earliest convenience.

CANCELlations

Make or Bake reserves the right to cancel, or not accept an order if I am unable to meet your needs or delivery date. I will advise within 24 hours and refund any costs associated.

PRICES

All prices are final. Unless agreed beforehand, final invoice payments must be made prior to your cookies being sent/ collected.

REFUNDs

Due to the nature of your cookies being a customised made to order set, unfortunately I can not offer a refund for a change of mind. If you have any issues with your order please contact me immediately via email. Please send details and any photographs to hello@makeorbakeco.com
